The administrative fellowship at the Central Illinois Division of HSHS is an experience unlike any other. From day one, the CID team has welcomed me with open arms. This team is motivated to provide opportunities that are valuable for each fellow. Each fellow's experience is customized to their interests, strengths, and even weaknesses. During my time, I have been exposed to operational, financial, and strategic plans at the system, division, and local ministry level. This type of unique exposure is not only continuing my education but also helping me develop into a strong leader.

My Fellowship with the Central Illinois Division is providing me with an unparalleled mentoring opportunity. As a Fellow, I have tremendous exposure to senior level meetings at all levels of the organization. It is the ultimate backstage pass for learning operational, strategic and financial lessons that cannot be taught in any classroom. I am so grateful for the opportunity to build relationships and learn alongside so many talented leaders that are committed to make my time as a Fellow meaningful.
