Anytime Care
HSHS colleagues and dependents covered under the HSHS Healthy Plan will have access to care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can visit with a doctor with HSHS Anytime Care, online or via the telephone. There is no cost to use the service for colleagues and eligible dependents enrolled in the HSHS Healthy Plan.
All medical options pay 100%, and the deductible does not apply.
Contact the HSHS Anytime Care program to visit with a provider about many conditions, including allergies, asthma, cold and flu symptoms, rashes, and sinus infections. The service is available online at www.anytime care.com, or you can call 1-844-391-4747 and speak with a provider.
The Anytime Care program is available to HSHS Healthy Plan participants (colleagues and dependents) in Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Washington, Kentucky, Iowa, Nebraska, California, Oklahoma, Arizona, Alabama, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Minnesota, Montana, Utah, Ohio, and Florida. The HSHS Healthy Plan covers virtual care visits through the HSHS Anytime Care Program. Other virtual care programs are not covered by the HSHS Healthy Plan.

- Select Get Started.
- Enter the patient’s information and click Sign Up.
- Enter the requested profile information and then select Continue.
- Choose a provider or see the first available provider and complete the list of questions.
- Wait for the provider to start your visit.
* If you are covered by the HSHS Healthy Plan and your Anytime Care account is showing an incorrect fee of $49/visit (not a $0 visit), please call Anytime Care at 844-391-4747.
