We are excited to announce our newly reimagined wellness program!

The HSHS LiveWELL wellness program is here to support our colleague's total well-being so they can be the best version of themselves while focusing on providing high quality care to our patients, community, and fellow colleagues. Our new "wellness wheel" demonstrates how all the dimensions of well-being are interconnected.

LiveWELL encourages colleagues to adopt (or maintain) healthy lifestyle behaviors. By committing to total well-being, colleagues not only feel better, but also earn rewards! Participants can earn FastCash rewards for completing activities. A set of FastCash opportunities will be available immediately in January 2024, while others will be released throughout the year. 

The FastCash reward incentive will replace the "points" tracking system, allowing for more opportunities to earn FastCash and giving colleagues more flexibility in how to participate and access to incentive rewards.
