LiveWELL has motived me to start an exercise program with strength training and yoga. LiveWELL has also help to promote mindful well-being through meditation, "down-time" away from stress, and by connecting more with loved ones and others in general. LiveWell is definitely worth it. I've learned a lot from it and hope to use the activities throughout the rest of my life. I am glad to know that HSHS cares about their colleague’s well-being at work. LiveWELL emails and activities remind me to take care of myself. The activities cover a wide variety of human well-being aspects from physical to mental. Some of the activities can be done quickly and some require a plan to accomplish. I am a person that will neglect my well-being in order to get the job done; but I realize I cannot get the job done if I do not take care of myself. LiveWELL reminds me to take care of myself.
